As the President and Founder of Wisdom Unlimited International, I welcome you to this website.I am an Award Winning Author, Infopreneur and Executive Consultant. The Wisdom Unlimited International brand champions Continual Improvement, Good Customer Experience, and last but not least Good Governance. This is in both corporate and individuals. My main focus (though not limited to) is on the Education System, Call Centre Industry and Strategic Leadership in these areas. I have a solid business foundation after spending many years in institutions of higher learning that includes Oxford Brookes University where I completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting as well as RMIT where I completed a Bachelor of Business degree. This was also strengthened by working experience in many conglomerates in Africa and also here in Australia.
After having spoken to over 14 000 customers during my time in Customer Service, I have seen areas that a lot of companies can improve on and create good customer experience for their customers. This also extends to the management and leadership development of staff. My main objective is to create a lot of value for both the leaders within the institutions and also see maximisation of human resources, delivery of good experience for customers and ultimately yield a good return on investment for the shareholder.
